Payment is collected no sooner than three working days after the job is complete unless alternative arrangement has been made.

Email notifications are sent to inform you of the payment amount and the scheduled debit date.

If, for any reason, your cleaning service is not performed, payment will not be requested.

You are fully protected by your bank's Direct Debit Guarantee and can cancel at any time through your bank.
